This workout was created by Florida State University's veteran XC/TF student-athlete Paul Stafford. Paul went with a country tone to the workout's songs and it's safe to say he did not miss with his selections. Runner's should be ready for the Mumford & Sons placed perfectly for the extra fast reps toward the end of the workout.
This workout starts with longed, 1.5 minute uptempo fartlek sections. The workout progresses by lessening the amount of time for each sebsequent fartlek section. It should be noted that after the first 2 sections, the number of reps increases to 4 each!
Paul's Description:
Named after legendary Australian distance runner Steve Moneghetti, this was a workout I was all too familiar with during my high school running days. This 20 minute fartlek consists of short (but intense) timed reps followed by short (but moderate) equally timed rests. 2x90 sec; 4x60 sec; 4x30 sec; 4x15 sec. While you’re rigging this session out, use some of my favorite country tracks to get your horses going. Time to saddle up.

Chase keeps this workout simple - select this race and start running. For 51 minutes, you'll be accompanied by Chase's selected of pre-race pump up songs.
I'd recommend this workout during any pre-race shakeout or bus ride to race venue. It's what you'd need to lock in - and includes tracks from Drake, Meek Mill, Sia, Panic! At The Disco and more..!

Adding the country theme workout to the list is Kansas State's David Lutgen. David contributed a workout of straight ️🔥 heat and is the longest end to end session on the list so far.
Gotta give extra credit for the pic for this one, too. It's a perfect representation of the playlist, with songs including "I Got A Car • George Strait", "Compass • Lady A", "Behind The Times • Riley Green" and more...!!

As an athlete that's been battling through injury, Gracie took the initiative to put together a fantastic playlist for any cross training athlete. This one is particularly for those putting in work on the bike, elliptical or other x-training machine.
Get absolutely amped with non stop slappers courtesy of Doja Cat, Rihanna, Jaden, Saweetie, and Nicki Minaj.
Also I'm pretty sure this is one actually has the best pic yet.

Choose this workout, start running hard, and you are literally guaranteed to actually believe that you're on a legit dance floor by the time you're finishing. The jams are that potent.
Thankfully these songs are straight out of the best musical era of all-time. Jason Derulo, T-Pain, Lady Gaga, Usher, Britney Spears and more legends of the 2000's will bring you through a 29 minute run with complete ease.
You're welcome!
