Coaching Philosophy

Here’s the bottom line: Running should be fun and challenging! The goal is always to be injury free, happy, and healthy for race day! I’ve run thousands of miles - with PRs of 4:25 in the mile, 1:59 in the 800m and 15:11 in the 3 mile - and was a part of the ‘13 Hinsdale Central IHSA 3A state champ and Nike Cross National qualifying team. Ran D1 at Boston College in the ACC.
