    Warm up 1 mile with drills and strides 5xDellinger half miles Hard-Easy-Hard-Easy-Hard Only thing I care about is making sure that the hards are a consistent pace. On the easy ones try to make sure that you’re recovering for the next one but still keeping an honest pace. Cool down 1 mile and then do hip mobility sequence.
