    6.0 mi

    Warm up 1 mile with drills and strides 4 miles steady at 6:00-6:15 pace. 1 mile cool down and then do hip mobility sequence.

  • Sun 06/05 • Short Recovery

    15:00-20:00

    Nice and easy, ice bath post stretch

    These are the instructions for post run after every day this week: Monday- Drills and 4x15 second strides followed by hip mobility sequence Tuesday- Stretch for 10 minutes, hold stretches 20-25 seconds then do continuous core series Wednesday- 2 sets of 3 way lunge, 6 reps on each leg Thursday- Roll out Friday- Hip mobility sequence and roll Saturday- Drills and 6x15 second strides Sunday- Stretch for 10-15 minutes then ice bath immediately after
