7 Day preview

  • Sun 07/03 • Long run

    35:00-45:00

    After the run do drills and 5x15 second strides. Spend the day hydrating and eating well.

  • Sat 07/02 • Short recovery

    15:00-20:00

    After the run stretch all muscle groups and then ice bath right after for max blood flow and benefit

  • Fri 07/01 • Easy day

    25:00-32:30:00

    After the run do hip mobility sequence and continuous core series.

  • Thu 06/30 • Dellinger miles

    5.0 mi

    1 mile warm up with drills and strides 3 Dellinger miles Hard-Easy-Hard Play this one by feel, if you pace it correctly. You should be able to make both hard miles be the same pace with the 3rd feeling slightly harder. Cool down 1 mile.

    Assuming you have soccer later make sure you’re doing all the little things to keep yourself loose. Take the easy run at conversation pace.

    After the run do the things we talked about, make sure you’re on the strengthening too. Hip mobility as well if you’re feeling it. Gotta do the little things to stay healthy.
