    Nice and easy, stretch all muscle groups after and then ice bath after stretching if able for max benefit.

  • Sat 07/09 • Long run

    55:00-1:05:00

    You know the routine on the long run by now, drills and strides afterward. 5x15 sec. Hydrate, eat, rest.

  • Fri 07/08 • Easy day

    4.0 mi-6.0 mi

    After the easy runs do the following: W- Continuous core series Th- Drills and 8x15 sec strides F- Stretch all muscle groups

  • Thu 07/07 • Easy day

    4.0 mi-6.0 mi
