Nice and easy, afterward stretch all muscle groups then roll out or ice bath if possible.
8.0 mi-9.0 mi
After the run do drills and 6x15 sec strides then hydrate, rest, and eat well.
7.0 mi-8.0 mi
1-2 mile warm up with drills and strides 5 dellinger miles: Hard-Easy-Hard-Easy-Hard 5:50-6:20-5:45-6:15-5:40 1-2 mile cool down then do hip mobility sequence and continuous core series.

After the run do drills and 5x15 sec strides. Roll out if you have a foam roller. Rest up today, spend time relaxing, hydrating should be a habit.
