  • Tue 06/28 • Steady state

    7.0 mi

    2 mile warm up with drills and strides 4 miles steady at 6:00 pace 1 mile cool down and then hip mobility sequence afterward

  • Mon 06/27 • Easy day

    5.0 mi-6.0 mi

    Nice and easy today, afterward stretch all muscle groups with 25–30 sec holds and then do the continuous core series.

  • Sun 06/26 • Short recovery

    2.0 mi-3.0 mi

    Nice and easy, all of these easy runs I am giving you should be at conversation pace. Do hip mobility sequence afterwards.

  • Sat 06/25 • Long run

    7.0 mi-7.0 mi

    After the run do drills to get loose and then 5x15 second strides. Spend the rest of the day eating well and hydrating.

  • Fri 06/24 • Easy day

    4.5 mi-5.0 mi

    After the run today, focus on stretching and foam rolling. 10-15 minutes minimum.
