Description
Basic workout: Side planks (alternate sides) 30 s each do twice Bird dog crunches 3 sets: 10,10,8 Push ups 3 sets: 10,10,8 Double leg lifts 4 sets: 10,8,8,6 Warm up jog- 50 to 100 yds Hills or stairs (whichever available) short hill - do 8 runs - sprint up/ easy jog down. If it’s a big hill- do 5 runs Then: Sprinters (100/200/jumpers) - do an easy pace run for 10 minutes; cool down jog 100 yds Mid distance (400/800)- 2 mile easy run Distance (1600/3200) - 3 mile easy Stretch
