Description
Lunges 3 sets: 8 each leg Hip bridges 3 sets: 20 each Calf raises 3 sets: 10,10,8 Reg Crunches 3 sets : 10 each Warm up jog 50-100yds Sprinters- run at an easy steady pace for 3 min, walk 3 min then repeat 3 times Mid and distance - 2 mile Fartlek runs Fartlek- relaxed pace run where you throw in speed intervals throughout the run. Speed interval - increase pace and open stride ( similar to our strides) to do this pick 2 points such as streetlights - do the speed interval from streetlight to streetlight. Do the speed intervals at least 4 times throughout the 2 mile run Cooldown jog Stretches
