Today felt a lot hotter than expected. Ran two loops with Madeline and on the second loop we had to stop twice because we both had bad cramps. After that I went for half a loop and then came back and did 5 hill sprints, 2 backwards uphill, jump rope, big 7, speed skaters, and some stretching. Also played the game at the end.
