Had to hit this workout a day early, travel day tomorrow. Another frustrating tempo. Just as last week, my legs were very heavy, while my breathing was just fine. It genuinely felt like I was running uphill the whole time. I believe it has to do with the increase in mileage/overall pace of mileage. If that’s the case I should adjust.
