15 minute run, 5 minute walk, 15 minute run.
Felt best I have all week fitness wise, which isn’t that good, but still just glad to be making baby steps forward. Started at 6:40 and moved down to 6:20. Maybe a little too quick for just getting back into running but it felt good.
