MARATHON WORKOUT #4
(10x hill repeats w/ jog recovery down hill)
3 miles warm
Up with mal and gabs! Loved having them come along with me for the beginning of this workout🙌🏼
Went to the hill we used to do for our team workouts. A cement path hill by Sevier Park! It’s about a 250 meter long hill. My goal was 50 seconds!
Hit 48-50 most repeats and felt strong and recovered quickly while jogging back to the start. My last two reps I hit 47 and then finished with 45!
Love hills ;) ready for the next workout!
