We started with a 2 mile warm up, a 2.5 mile tempo on the windy charles, ran another mile back to harvard, did 6x400 with 1.5 minutes rest at 75 seconds- 5 min pace. Mile cool down. I felt good and accomplished but the last two 400s were tough!
