Started off the run well progressing down to 5:59 for mile 5. Slowed it down to about 6:15’s to the zero, then started going backwards. Legs felt like jelly, and I finished at 143 pounds... normally 150ish. Need to get some food and water and recover all day long. I think my body is just a little tired from yesterday.
