First workout that i’ve been proud of in a while so decided to post (i know that’s not the spirit of the app I’m working on it). Mile run, 3x5 pulls 10 push and then the good part:
3k urg 11:55.
Felt good to push again. I’m finally approaching the shape i was in during the school year
