2 mile warm up. 8x 1k with 90 sec rest. Had to take longer rest on #5 and #8. First 4 were around 3:17. Last 3 were around 3:12-4. Last one was at 3:03 with extended rest. Felt strong but really tired. Ran with the top guys tho so progressing everyday and the fitness will come. 10 min cool down. Exercises, stretched, and rolled before and after run. Ice bath
