4.5 warmup and cool down
2(1,100m @5k+250m hill @race pace twice+900m with hill 700m in).
The first 1100m was quick but good, My calf felt fine for the whole workout so I’m glad that stopped. The hills were hard on the second rep because of the lack of rest. The 900m took a lot out of me the first time and that’s when I started to feel my lungs. I should have slowed it down in the beginning and I payed for it a little in the end, but I was very happy with how it went.
