Warm up and 2x(500 with 200 fast recovery) first set was decent made it 6 or so through before I detached a tad. Second set was a shit show, I am not used to “fast recovery” so it made keeping the pace hard. Still hit some decent slips but very disappointed in myself to be honest. Hopefully tomorrow is better
