Had to workout from home today 24 minutes as many reps as possible:10 push ups, 15 heavy kettle bell swings, 30 crunches, 10 dips, 5 pull ups. Got through 8 sets. Think i can do better. Theis was my pull up bar: Light stuff after to cooldown
