Slowly getting back to it. Easy 7 miles with Sid Vaughn. We ran a good clip and he ran 11 miles so once he turned off to add on I ran the last 2-3 minutes hard. Forgot my watch today but it felt great to turn over and close out my run.
6 x hill sprints afterwards. Did 4 relaxed and 2 max effort at the end.
