2/1.25 up/down. Moderately tough workout - 3x400, 3x300, 3x200 w/ rest of 1:00 on the 400/200, 2:00 on 300, 5:00 /Set. Paces were (65,65,65,64), (41.8,41.5,42.5,40.9), (29.3,30.0,28.7,29.0). Felt smooth, had to pump on the last 300 though. No more though workouts this week. Legs feel great.
