Worked out with Daisy. Lighter stuff today. My shoulders are killing me though: 30 box jumps, 39 dips, 100 jump ropes, 50 weighted walking lunges, 25 med ball throws, and i think there was one more. Then 150 sit ups, 20 sidebends
