Short morning run. Ran at 6:30 which is probably the worst time to run at. It was still dark outside, but there were cars going by me the entire time. I would have run in the trails, but I didn’t have a head lamp and I have been told by multiple people that owls sometime swoop down and grab people hair 👀🦉
