15 min warm up, 4x1000 with 90 sec rest in between then 4x200 continuous at 34-37, 15 min cool down. The 1000s were about 3:30, 3:25, 3:20, 3:15ish and I did a 600 on the last one instead of 1000 because my heel is still hurting!
