Went a little shorter today, wasn’t feeling too good. Felt sluggish and the ankle/foot were nagging me. This usually happens after bigger volume days. Also Wednesday’s are pretty tough in general. Did some weights, went to class, came back and finished my weights, then got a massage and went to the training room. Hopefully the recovery helps 🙏 I’m pretty tired of feeling like a human trash can everyday, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
