I ran out in Marckworth with Talon and Tibs today (aka Chemical X). At first, I felt like my body forgot how to run in the past 24 hours, but I warmed up after a bit and had a great time out there. It was ridiculously beautiful. My body was fine today. I was going to go a bit shorter originally, but I felt great and went the extra mile or two to make it a full day.
