2 sets of 4x600 with a 200 jog. Splits were 1:51,1:52,1:52,1:54/1:52,1:54,1:54,1:53. Felt good for the most of them. Didn’t hit 1:51 like coach wanted, but felt like I could hold 1:54 pretty well.
