Goal = start at 5:50-6:00 and work down Splits: 8:42 (mile in 5:45), 8:25 (mile in 5:38) 3x200 @ 33 w 200 jog Splits: 34, 33, 31 Jog to hill 4x100m sprints 2 mile cd Ran with Claudia, tempo felt challenging but good, was able to progress well on the second one. The 200s and hills were an adjustment after running tempo pace but felt good to go faster. Difficulty 7.5/10
