First time working out in Ahearn, a lot better than the treadmill. 10min wu/15min cd. 6x800, 90s rest on first 4,2min rest on last 2. Then 4,3,2 with 90s rest. 2:24,2:23,2:24,2:23,2:22,2:20, 65,48,31. Felt smooth.
