2 mile warmup, 5xk @ race pace w/ 400 jog, 3 mile cooldown. Wanted to start around 3:07 and cut down each one. Did that more or less going 3:08, 3:07, 3:06, 3:04, 3:03. Felt strong and in control the whole way. Hoping conditions cooperate on Sunday, because I feel like I've got a good one in me.
