DC marathon tuneup. Started at 6:30 on the treadmill and cut down until I felt like I was working hard and continued for 2 miles. I think this was a good balance between running hard but also not killing myself only a week before my race. I’m happy that I’ve had some runs where I’ve really narrowed in on the effort necessary to run sub 6 or very close to it
