Solid effort today. Ran first 10 min on dirt road. Then moved inside to treadmill since it got too dark.
Did 2x3min @ 5:27 pace; 1x3min started @ 6 min pace and worked down to 4:40 pace for last minute. 90 sec rest between the reps.
Felt good. Felt controlled.
