Baby workout today to get the legs moving again: •Easy 5 miles on the 520 bridge with Mick and Amos •2 mile pick up on the track at ~5min pace •4x200 at ~31 •Hurdle drills
Really nice weather today 🌤 Got a solid lift in afterwards, nothing heavy yet but good hip/core strength.
