2.1 mile WU, 2 mile CD. 5x 1 min on(5 min pace) 1 min off to start with then 2x3x1k on the track. Splits were 2:56, 2:58, 2:59, 2:58, 2:50, 2:48. Feeling gooood. Just groovin' right along today. Might have pushed a little too hard on the last couple. Strength after.
