6x300 w/ 300 jog (500 jog after 3) - 43, 43, 42, 42, 42, 42. (rest got messed up a little bit after the first one)
Cruz circuit + lift after
Good workout! Track was a bit slick, but it didn't end up being a big deal. I would have liked to dip down into 41 on the 300s, but the effort was right.
