Cruz circuit + lift
Pretty tough workout. The first 2 reps felt so so easy, like we were almost trying to go slower and couldn't then 3, 4, 5 just got a bit tougher each rep until the last one was pretty challenging. Didn't feel like I was redlining, but it was hard. Then the 200s felt tougher than last time we did them. Probably because I wasn't totally recovered from the 12s. But overall just good steady work.
