3x 100 strides
4x1200. Goal was to cut down. 1st one was too slow but we picked it up well as a group after. (4:21. 4 09, 4 06, 4 02.) Solid.
4 x100 hill strides. Most were around 16.5 sec
1 mile cool down
Lifting after. Have 2 hour soccer practice tonight
