Great workout! Cutdown was faster than it was supposed to be, but it felt really smooth. And the 400s felt great. The last 2 hurt a bit, but overall I didn't feel like I was overexerting. Kept the rest 53-55 seconds too. I'd say this was one of the best workouts I've had since joining DTC!
