Poco state park. Ran a new trail today that ended up being really nice for the workout. 3 mile warm up, 5 miles of 2min on 2min off, 3 mile cool down. Just a really good session, weather finally cooperated and so everything just felt great, a confidence boost i needed. More bricks were layed today. Cooled down w kenyans from university of richmond
