Nice and slowww back home on State Highway 2, out and back with lovely weather and my mom. Was mostly uphill, and going with the wind for the first half, and mostly downhill and against the wind for the second half. Mind and spirit were screaming YES YES YES but my legs were screaming NO NO NO.
