Workout on Thursday, pre-meet Friday, race yesterday (1.5 mile shakeout, 3.5 mile WU, 6 mile CD), 9.4 on the treadmill today. Ankle pain comes and goes, running honestly seems to lessen it. Trying to be careful. 60 miles on the week with cross training.
