I was curious how my knee was doing so i tried going for a short easy run - 1 mile: 6:48 - felt completly fine at first but then it started to hurt so i stopped. I think its getting better but im not sure. Other running muscles feel a little rusty but not terrible. Cross train 40ish minutes
