Third good workout in a row! Starting to really have hope but worried I'll get excited too soon just to fall back into a rut. 20' warm-up, 4x1200 (4:29, 4:30, 4:26, 4:24), 4x300 (58's), 20' cooldown. Still felt like I had a lot left in the tank after this one! What a change from a few weeks ago!
