Morning workout on the treadmill because it was 5 degrees outside! Didn't feel as good as I have lately, but that could be because I haven't run on a treadmill in quite a while. 20' warm-up, 10' tempo at 6:20 pace, 8' walk/jog, then 2:00, 1:45, 1:30, and 1:15 at 6:00 pace w/ 2' walk/jog rest followed by 20' cool-down.
