Back felt decent so after 10 min jog decided to do a small fartlek. 5x2min on 1:30 off. Was probably 5:30 ish - 6 flat pace on the on part (not really sure) not a super fast run but I'm just happy my back felt decent enough so I'll take it. It's the small things that count
