Another 40 min on the treadmill. Basically I have to use the treadmill to make sure I don’t overdo the pace 😅
Calf is a touch tight but that’s not worrying me much. This wraps up a very cautious week of 20-40min runs.
Next week will aim to be at 60 min by the weekend.
