Last run of the season with Christian and Charlie on the Tomahawk Creek Trail. Felt decent, sped it up the last couple miles. Haven’t had more than two consecutive days off since last June so I’m going to enjoy this week off and play some golf. Weekly Total: 62 Long paragraph warning...end of freshman year/spring training reflection: Coming to K-State is one of the best decisions I ever made. Learned a lot this past year...mainly that it will take a lot in order to be able compete in D1 running and that it’s a bigger challenge than I initially thought. But...I would much rather be smoked by guys who pushed me to my limits than be easily at the top of the pack. Overall despite the circumstances this was a solid spring of training...some days and weeks better than others. Hard and lonely sometimes, but it’s worth it. Miss the team...can’t wait to be back in MHK ready to step it up in the fall. ✌️out freshman year.
