#cantcancelthegrind weather was very sketch bc tropical storm so i did workout!! hardest workout ever. 5 min warmup- cardio/squats/lunges 12 min HIIT, 10 min legs, 20 min core w no rest, 20 min yoga, 10 min meditation was hard and hr was 166 avg
